The essential structure of legislative and regulatory acts in a country that develops nuclear power.

 3. Defining powers, responsibilities and liabilities of organizations regarding environmental protection. Formation of the state system of environmental protection management: world practices. Responsibilities and liabilities of NPP operator with regard to environmental protection. Environmental rights of the stakeholders and interaction with governmental bodies and NPP operator. Issues demanding attention when allocating powers, responsibilities and liabilities in the area of environmental protection. 

4. Procedures and instruments of environmental control. Licenses and other permissions. Environmental impact assessment (EIA). Environmental monitoring. Environmental management system in accordance with ISO 14001 36h of training (including 7h practice).
