About the Branch
The Saint Petersburg branch is one of the oldest training centres in the industry. Founded in 1969 as the Leningrad branch of the Central Institute for Continuing Education and Training (CICE&T), it has changed its name, expanded and developed over the following five decades — from advanced training courses to an international industry educational platform.
